Aaron founded Trancher after seeing firsthand how compliance teams were burdened by fragmented systems, manual processes, and unrecovered work.
Paul Cooke
Head of Strategy
Paul has spent thirty years taking regulated products to market — including as Senior Vice President at 4DMedical and Chief Executive of Eyerising International. He leads Trancher’s commercial sequencing, association offers and how the platform is priced for Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 firms.
Tony Stevens
Head of Operations
Tony runs the operating rhythm so enrolment, onboarding and specialist work actually ship. His background is learning design and operations across higher education — including Swinburne and doctoral research at the University of Melbourne — which is how Trancher trains firms without adding headcount.
Michael Churchill
Head of Governance and Capital
Michael has advised companies on value, structure and capital for more than thirty years as a Fellow CPA and through Peloton Corporate. He looks after Trancher’s governance, the seed raise and how the cap table is put in front of investors.
